Can multiple consultants work on the same client account?
Yes. From Starter plan upwards, multiple consultants can access the same employer account, see shared pipelines, and collaborate on candidate shortlists. Each consultant has their own login but pipeline and candidate data is shared.
What happens to candidates I've unlocked?
Unlocked candidates become part of your contact pool. You can message them directly via the Outreach hub, move them through your pipeline stages, and add notes. Unlock credits reset monthly on paid plans.
Do you have an API for integrating with our existing CRM?
Not currently — HireSprint operates as a standalone platform. Most agencies use it alongside their existing CRM rather than replacing it. Integration roadmap is in progress for 2025.
