What does "verified" actually mean?
Verified means the candidate has confirmed their identity via a real email address, submitted an actual CV (not an auto-filled form), and completed a structured profile. Their CV has been ATS-scored and checked for AI-generation patterns. It does not mean we have independently verified every claimed job title or degree — that remains your responsibility at reference check stage.
How is this different from LinkedIn or Indeed?
LinkedIn and Indeed allow anyone to apply or create a profile with minimal verification. HireSprint requires genuine profile completion and CV submission before candidates are visible to employers. The ATS score is a unique signal you won't get from either platform — it tells you how well the candidate's CV would perform in your ATS before you even look at it.
