Lead with a specific team improvement metric. Show you understand the difference between enforcing process and coaching behaviours — that distinction separates senior Scrum Masters from junior ones. Reference their tech stack or delivery methodology if visible from the JD.
"I am passionate about Agile" and "I help teams work better together" are the most common and most ignored openers. Show the numbers: team size, velocity improvement, impediment resolution time. Process passion without measurable outcomes is not differentiating.
