How quickly will I get a response?

We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). For urgent billing issues, we aim to respond within 4 hours.

I was charged incorrectly — what do I do?

Email us at contact@hiresprint.co with your account email and the charge details. We'll investigate and resolve billing issues within 24 hours.

Can I request a refund?

Please review our Refund Policy in our Terms of Service. For eligible refunds, email contact@hiresprint.co with your account details and reason.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel directly from Settings → Billing in your dashboard at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

I forgot my password — what now?

Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset it via email. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact us.

Can I get a custom plan for my team or company?

Absolutely. Email contact@hiresprint.co with your company name and team size. We offer custom enterprise pricing for teams of 10+.

Is my resume data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never sell your data and only use it to power your service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I try HireSprint before paying?

Yes — every new account gets 3 free resume tailorings and 1 free cover letter with full access to all features. No credit card required. Upgrade only when you're ready.
